These terms govern your use of The Checklist AI, an app built and run by The Checklist Co., Ltd. If you have any question, email us at support@thechecklist.ai.

Who we are and what the service is

The Checklist AI brings a shop's conversations with customers from LINE, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok into one shared inbox, so the shop's staff can answer every customer together.

Accepting these terms

Creating an account, or signing in, means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your account

Give us accurate details when you create an account. The shop is responsible for each of its staff accounts and passwords. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.

Price

We do not charge for the service today. We will show any price before you are ever charged.

The shop's own duties

The shop is the controller of its own customers' data, as our Privacy Policy explains. The shop, not us, is responsible for having its own privacy notice for its customers and a lawful reason for collecting their information.

The shop must follow the terms of every platform it connects, including LINE, Meta (Facebook Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp) and TikTok. The shop must have the right to connect every channel it connects.

Fair use

Do not use the service for anything illegal. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages through it. Do not try to break, overload or interfere with it. Do not resell access to it.

Ownership

Our software and our brand belong to us. The shop's own data stays its own. By using the service, the shop grants us the permissions described in our Privacy Policy, so we can run and improve the service.

Availability

This service is an early-access product. We do not yet guarantee any particular level of uptime, and features may change.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law. A shop may close its own workspace at any time by contacting us.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent Thai law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms removes any right that the law does not let us remove.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
